A seasoned business operations and development executive, Adam Furness has logged 16 years of experience in the APAC market and has a true passion for technology-based startups.
Prior to joining impact.com, Adam spent four years at RhythmOne (formerly RadiumOne) where his most recent role was Managing Director, Asia Pacific. He’s also held senior leadership roles in sales, strategy, cross-platform, and business development at Southern Cross Austereo, Macquarie Radio Network, and MI9 (formerly ninemsn). Adam is based in the company’s Sydney office.
Antoine’s role as impact.com’s General Manager, SEA, is a natural fit, following his work on innovative projects for Kantar Media and Synthesio in Southeast Asia. He oversees impact.com’s business development, sales, and account management to support growing demand for the company’s services.
His favorite part of the job is adapting impact.com Partnership Cloud™ services to the region’s unique needs, and helping organizations improve their marketing efforts.
As Principal Technical Architect at impact.com, Antonio is tasked with architecting and managing a scalable global platform. Antonio joined impact.com in 2006, backed by more than 25 years of experience in technology with an emphasis on security.

Ashley plays a dual role as impact.com’s Head of Global Client Onboarding and Principal, Technical Solutions Architect. With 15+ years of enterprise client implementation experience in the performance marketing space — holding roles across technology, sales, engineering, and product — she is driven to bridge the gap between marketing and technology.
In her current role at impact.com, Ashley oversees the teams responsible for customer launches, including solution design, delivery, and launch.
As Senior Director, Human Resources, Bharat leads a dedicated team of human resource and training and development professionals, all working together to guide impact.com’s people operations.
His professional experience includes roles in the hospitality, marketing, and technology industries across a range of companies — from startups to FTSE 100s. Bharat also serves on the board of a charity that advocates for disability empowerment.
A previous position at Commission Junction led BiBi to her current role as impact.com’s General Counsel. Throughout her nearly 30 years of legal practice, BiBi’s approach has balanced commercial and business needs with legal risks and compliance.

As Senior Director, Global Channel Partnerships, Blake brings the partnership vision to life for impact.com, its clients, and its partners.
With more than 15 years of experience in the digital marketing arena — having worked across a number of functions, vendors, and platforms — Blake holds a unique and holistic vision of the true revenue potential of creative partnerships.
Chris is Senior Director, Engineering at impact.com, where he leads a team dedicated to building technology that determines the future of partnership management and automation. He previously was Cofounder of Mediarails.
Chris also served as a VP of Engineering at CommerceHub, overseeing engineering for their demand stream product. Chris began his career at Mercent, where he ran engineering until the company was acquired by Liberty Media Corp.
With 15+ years of professional experience in B2B digital marketing, as VP, Marketing at impact.com, Cristy helps guide the company’s global leadership in marketing partnership automation. Prior to her current role, Cristy was VP of Global Marketing at Celtra and at Rakuten Advertising.
She has helped high-growth businesses scale marketing through customer acquisition, leveraging organic and paid marketing channels. Cristy is passionate about building brands through public relations efforts and dedicated leadership.
Douglas has architected and managed impact.com’s scalable database platform since 2017. With 20+ years of experience in large-scale database architecture, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle RACm, and Oracle Exadata, he specializes in database architecture that supports high-volume platforms.
Prior to joining impact.com, Douglas was an open source database consultant for Pythian. As a data architect at Visa, he helped scale the Oracle database platform, bKash. He was also the MySQL database team lead at Clickatell.
Elly joined impact.com in 2017 to build the company’s success and support teams out of the Cape Town, South Africa, office. As Senior Director of the global support team, she focuses on managing support specialists.
Her nearly 20 years of professional experience across B2C and B2B businesses includes leading client experience teams across global digital agencies and heading up digital marketing for one of South Africa’s largest retail brands.
Erik joined impact.com in 2019 as Principal Software Engineer to focus on reducing latency and scaling the platform for future growth.
He has been building the back end of online marketing platforms since 1998 in engineering positions at Commission Junction, Valueclick, and Conversant Media.
Felix joined impact.com in 2020 as Country Manager for the DACH region, and is responsible for business growth in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Prior to joining impact.com, Felix established white-label strategies that allowed media publishers to create new revenue streams and prove incrementality within the affiliate channel.

Frederic draws on his passion for digital marketing and SaaS solutions to head up the Nordic region for impact.com.
As General Manager, he draws upon 15+ years of experience in SaaS marketing and strategic business development leadership. Frederic has held lead positions at L´Oreal, Hexagon Composite, and Bluegarden.
As Senior Director, Product and Content Marketing, at impact.com, Jaime uses his more than a dozen years in marketing and advertising technology to lead the company in its quest to gain and share knowledge about partnerships.
He has led and shaped numerous initiatives for the company, from go-to-market planning and execution to roadmap strategy and development. Jaime oversees an array of disciplines, including product positioning and strategy, messaging evolution, and content development and marketing.
Jason joined impact.com in 2015, with over a decade of experience in business IT management, infrastructure management, and solutions architecture. He enthusiastically applies his knowledge to scale hosting infrastructure that aligns with business and technology requirements.
Tasked with implementing and managing global office infrastructure and business IT controls, Jason strikes a balance between user productivity and security. He previously worked on client solutions architecture and designed data center hosting products for an internet service provider.
As General Manager, Jennifer heads up impact.com’s business in greater China. Her 15+ years of digital marketing and high-tech experience encompasses strategic and operational roles in the United States and Asia Pacific regions. She previously held senior leadership roles at Zanox, OgilvyOne, and Dell in Shanghai.
With deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, and ecommerce, Jennifer has helped Chinese ecommerce companies navigate growth marketing.
With 20+ years of experience, Johan brings deep knowledge of the Java ecosystem, design patterns, and best practices in programming and engineering to his role as Principal Engineer at impact.com.
He is obsessed with machine learning, data mining, performance, and clean code. Prior to joining the company, Johan worked in investment banking in London on high throughput, low-latency risk calculation engines.
Joining impact.com from Forensiq, John drives the direction of the company’s tracking software. As Principal Software Engineer, his focus is on designing clean, functional code.

As a member of impact.com’s founding team and in his role as Principal Engineer, Knut oversees much of the company’s core technology.
His 20 years in the industry include engineering roles at the technology incubator Estalea, L.P, and Commission Junction. Knut started his career building TV broadcast systems at Tandberg Television ASA.
In her mission to help businesses realize growth potential through partnerships, Lisa oversees partnership development at impact.com. Lisa’s teams develop channel partnerships and alliances as well as relationships between customers.
Prior to cofounding impact.com, she held key roles at industry-leading companies, including EVP Customer Experience, SVP Business Development, and VP Services and Customer Success at companies that included Commission Junction, Invoca, and Workzone.
With 11+ years of experience in enterprise account management, Lyssa is currently Senior Director, Enterprise Customer Success at impact.com. She leads a team of success and operational leaders that enable brands to grow their businesses through partnership automation.
Lyssa possesses a strong background in ecommerce, marketing Intelligence, and fintech. She previously ran integration and account management teams for eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions and Klarna.
As VP, Sales for North America, Marilyn leads the team that drives revenue generation and new client acquisition at impact.com, using her nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and data analytics to spur growth for impact.com’s clients.

As Principal Architect at impact.com, Mauricio has been instrumental in selecting and integrating the analytic datastores and data processing technologies that have enabled the company’s 100x data growth over the past 10 years.
He has designed and built platforms that support user reports, dashboards, and ad hoc exploratory BI. Prior to joining impact.com, Mauricio configured ERP systems as a consultant and built websites as a Java engineer.
A business-focused technology leader and entrepreneur, Nick is VP, Activate at impact.com, pinpointing the best ways to grow influencer partnerships. He formerly was Cofounder, CEO, and CTO of Activate/Bloglovin.
Nick began his career as a software engineer, working for 15+ years at technology startups including Etsy and Snap Interactive, where he held the position of Director of Engineering. Nick thrives on using data-driven solutions to solve real-world problems and delighting users with beautiful experiences.
As Senior Director, Data Platform at impact.com, Robert is responsible for the ingestion and delivery of all performance reporting data.
He joined impact.com in 2015 with 20+ years of industry experience, having begun his career at Commission Junction. Robert’s focus and expertise is in data warehousing and reporting platforms and creating scalable, low latency, mature systems.
As VP, Global Finance, Robert helps drive impact.com’s performance and scalable growth. Prior to joining the company he held several global roles, including in the technology sector at Deloitte USA and as CFO of a travel technology company with pan-African operations.
Robert is a qualified chartered accountant with 15+ years of financial experience in pre- and post-IPO technology across North America, Europe, and Africa.
In her role as Senior Partnership Development Director at impact.com, Sarah’s team focuses on helping partners to connect and form productive, revenue-generating partnerships.
She is an experienced senior executive with 15+ years of experience in leading teams and creating award-winning solutions and campaigns in digital marketing, advertising, and entertainment.
As VP of Engineering and Customer Engineering, Snehal is the liaison between the technology, product, and services teams at impact.com. She leads teams to own different phases of the customer journey, aligning company goals with engineering outcomes.
In short, Snehal enables and empowers the services team to provide seamless customer experience. Snehal previously held engineering roles at Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest tech consultancy.
Todd is Cofounder and Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, of impact.com. He has been instrumental in forging and managing relationships with many of the company’s flagship advertisers, agencies, and media partners. Todd evangelizes a multichannel approach to the performance model, and is a frequent speaker at key industry events, including the Affiliate Summit, Affiliate Management Days, a4uexpo, and Performance Marketing Insights.
Todd previously was VP, Business Development, at Digital River’s affiliate network, OneNetworkDirect, where he guided strategic initiatives and industry relations. In the late ’90s, he helped birth the modern affiliate marketing industry as Cofounder and VP, Business Development, of Commission Junction. Todd won the 2007 Affiliate Marketing Legend award.
Wade is Cofounder and Vice President, Strategic Operations, of impact.com. In this role, he ensures that every client gets the data and information they want, the way they want it, and when they want it, so timely and well-informed marketing decisions can be made.
Prior to cofounding impact.com, Wade was part of the founding team at LeadPoint, where his BI architecture boosted revenue per lead and ROI on new product initiatives. At Savings.com, his BI architecture enabled the company to become fully data-driven. Wade also served as Vice President, Business Intelligence and Product, at Commission Junction.
As Senior Director, Engineering, Werner heads impact.com’s Cape Town engineering team. With more than two decades of experience in software development, he recognizes the role that people play in technological development and strives to create an environment where impact.com’s engineers are empowered to develop world-class software and reach their potential.

Per earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and his Master of Science in computer engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Roger is Cofounder and CTO of impact.com, where he is tasked with architecting and enhancing the world’s most scalable and complete marketing technology suite. As CTO, he leads the engineering and product departments. Roger previously was a cofounder and technology leader for several internet technology companies, including Savings.com and Leadpoint.
As Director of Engineering at Commission Junction, Roger transitioned the company to a scalable Java-based technology infrastructure. The transition generated significant IT cost savings while enabling improved development processes that enhanced speed and quality.
As Chief Revenue Officer at impact.com, Mark is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global sales and commercial operations. He brings 25+ years of technology experience in enterprise and commercial business segments, spanning a multitude of vertical markets.
Prior to joining impact.com, Mark led specialty product sales for North America within Oracle’s customer experience division. He also led platform sales at Salesforce, North America, playing an instrumental role in their enterprise-wide cloud expansion.
Max is Chief Product Officer at impact.com. Max leads the product management, data science, ops, and growth teams in building great products that deliver sustainable value to impact.com’s customers. Previously, he was Cofounder and CEO of Mediarails before impact.com’s acquisition. Prior to that, he was Head of Global Growth and VP, North America, for Lightinthebox, where he oversaw all growth initiatives, including affiliate and influencer marketing.
He also served as VP of Product and Growth at Lockerz, the first Gen Y social commerce company. Max’s first startup, the early social commerce provider Wishpot, was later acquired by Lockerz. Max began his career at Microsoft as Senior Lead Program Manager.
A strategic and operational finance executive, Anthony joined impact.com as CFO in 2020. He has 20+ years of experience in accounting, tax, financial planning and operations, and treasury and investor relations. At impact.com, Anthony oversees global finance operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, global clearinghouse, human resources, legal, facilities, and investor and board relations.
Anthony previously was SVP, Finance and Global Controller with Booking Holdings, where he oversaw the financial integration of global brands.
Mike has worn many hats during his long tenure at impact.com, most recently becoming the company’s first Chief Partnerships Officer. In this role, Mike oversees customer success, channel partnerships, and major referral partners. Prior to that, his roles at impact.com included General Manager and VP of Global Sales, where he was responsible for the success and growth of impact.com Partnership Cloud.
Prior to impact.com, Mike let his entrepreneurial spirit take the lead, cofounding the location-based deal app, SBClick, in 2008.
Dirk joined impact.com in 2020 as Managing Director of the South Africa office. Globally, he oversees efforts to enhance internal productivity within the company. A commercially astute technology professional with a track record for driving transformation, Dirk brings a wealth of experience from the retail, financial services, and technology industries.
Prior to joining impact.com, Dirk led technology teams and strategy at Homechoice International for five years.
Bill is an advisor and board member who guides aspiring unicorns and helps build out world-class teams and innovative go-to-market strategies.
Over his 20-year career, Bill has achieved five successful exits and powered growth at three of the fastest-ever growing companies: Slack, as CRO/CMO; Zendesk, as CMO; and Salesforce, as SVP of Marketing.
Brett is Partner at Bonfire Ventures. Bonfire invests in seed-stage business software companies with a regional focus on Southern California. Prior to Bonfire, Brett served over a two-decades span in senior executive positions at Siebel Systems, Salesforce.com, and smartrecruiters.
